*Should any unforeseen expenses arise during the course of the school year,
the Board will provide due notice of any fee increase.

Registration Procedures

A registration fee of $40 is to accompany the application form. This fee is only
refundable if the school is unable to place your child. Please return the completed
form with the registration fee. Cheques should be made payable to: CARLETON PRESCHOOL.

A deposit covering the last month's fee will be due upon notification of acceptance.
This cheque, dated on the date of acceptance, is your confirmation that space is being
held for your child. This deposit is refundable if written notice of withdrawal for
the school year is received before June 1, 2009.

From June 1, 2009 to May 1, 2010 if a child is to be withdrawn, one month's
written notice is required. This notice must be dated and submitted to the school on the
first of the month. Full fee will be charged for the one-month period following receipt
of this written notice.

When school begins in September, postdated cheques for the first of each month,
September 2009 to May (June) 2010 inclusive, will be required the day your child starts school.
If you and your child wish to visit the school, please call the Director and arrange for a
